Natalie Grinczer Joins the Team
We’re thrilled to announce the return of Natalie Grinczer to our team for the 2025 season! A familiar face, Natalie raced for us in 2020 and 2021 before stepping up to the pro ranks, where she made her mark on the Women’s World Tour in 2024.
Her 2024 season was tough, to say the least. After a challenging crash at the Vuelta España Femenina, Natalie faced a difficult return to racing, but showed resilience through it all. Despite the setbacks, she remains as passionate as ever about the sport, and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome her back into the team.
Natalie’s journey has been nothing short of inspiring. In 2021, she won the National Road Series, and in 2023, she had a breakthrough year with consistent top-10 finishes in UCI races. A standout performance at the Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift—where she finished in the top 30—amongst other key results, earned her a well-deserved spot in the 2024 Women’s World Tour.
As a physiotherapist with over 10 years of experience, Natalie brings a wealth of racing and professional expertise to the team. But as she says, cycling is where her heart lies: "My WorldTour dream was not that by any stretch of the imagination. This sport is my passion. I will stop when I am not passionate anymore. Thank you to the team for finding space for me to continue this year."
We’re excited to see what the 2025 season has in store for Natalie and the team. Her determination, experience, and love for the sport make her an invaluable asset to our young squad.
Welcome back, Natalie!
